In Memory of

just before this season's last snow fall,
GG Bask Starr laid down for the last time.
He is missed.
He is treasured. He is loved.

GG Bask Starr was our special horse.
He also touched the hearts of horse enthusiasts around the
country. Still we have his memory and get and grand-get.
Bred by Bru-Bet Arabians, sired by GG Jabask+/, owned by
TradeMark Farm, GG Bask Starr stood on his own merits.
At four years of age his hind leg shattered from an accident.
He recovered and continued siring beautiful horses. On March 1, 2007 he laid down for the last time.
He was 25.
I look at his picture and see life,
charisma, excitement, beauty and the heart of a champion.
I cherish the time I had with him and the memories of leading a
horse most dream about.
